Yossi Ben Udis- from development town to the top of the Israeli wine industry

Sommelier and owner of the Traklin bistro and wine restaurant, discovered his love and passion for wine at the age of 13, he was exposed to the tremendous wine selection at the wine warehouse in the upper galilee during his first day at work at a well know restaurant at that area.

Yossi understood from that day on that there is a great big world to discover, the world of wine.

He started to taste ,read,learn and to mingle with the biggest wine experts in Israel,

After 8 years Yossi started to write about wine and when he opened the Traklin restaurant he decided that he will do everything he can to promote Israeli boutique wines and became the father of the boutique wineries in Israel.

Today Yossi is the senior sommelier in Israel,

A few years ago Yossi decided to create his own wine brand that successfully blended in the Israeli wine industry, Theas days the wine is going to be exported across the world.
